Return & Refund Policy:
Kindly contact us at violetssy@hotmail.com within 3 days of receiving your items if you wish to return the item. We will issue you a “Return Confirmation Email” and the return items must reach us within 7 days from the date of the “Return Confirmation Email”.
1. We will issue you a cash voucher via email for the return item based on the product purchase price. Please note that we will deduct a 20% processing and restocking fees for return items.
2. Return items must be in Complete/Original Packing. Items returned Stained, Washed, or USED will NOT be eligible for return.
3. Shipment fee are not refundable, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund.
4. Delivery cost incurred for returning the items will be burned by the customer. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of during the return shipment back to us, thus is advice to use insured registered shipping.
If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within our time period you may at your option to cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.
Notes: Any refunds provided pursuant to the Return and Refund Policy will be made in the form of credit that may be applied to other purchases on the Site.
If some stock out, may lay down the money to next order, or chooses other clothes to substitute.
No Cash Money to Refund.
Damage Item:
We will check items before deliver to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that item delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us at violetssy@hotmail.com within 3 days of received the product and returned within 7 days within Malaysia & 2wks for overseas. However, the postage charge will be beared by you. We will then deliver a new set of product or replace the broken parts if possible to you.
** FREE HAND DELIVERY is available for customers in PENANG ISLAND, BUTTERWORTH, BUKIT MERTAJAM & KULIM.
- We will use our National Courier - Poslaju or Skynet to send our products to your home once we received your payment. (RM8 per order -for peninsular malaysia only)
- For overseas customers, you are required to bear all the amount of postage charges incurred.
- Items will be deliver to you within 4 weeks after each month closing cut of date (Exclude Weekends & Taiwan/ Malaysia public holidays), depends on the availability of the stocks.
